• When you book a consultation through Calendly: your name, email address, and any answers to questions on the booking form (such as time preferences or what you would like to discuss).
• When you email me through the website or directly: your name, email address, and whatever information you choose to include in your message.
• When you call me: your name, phone number, and what we discuss during the call.

I do not collect personal information passively. This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. The only third-party service embedded in this website is Calendly, which is used for appointment booking.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information only for the purposes you provided it for:

• To respond to your questions
• To schedule and conduct consultations
• To provide the free benefits you have requested (will kits, child safety kits)
• To follow up on conversations we have had
• To send you the business newsletter, if you have asked to be added to the list

I do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to serving you.

How I Share Your Information

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not share contact lists with any third party.

The only situations where your information is handled by a third party:

• Calendly is the platform I use to schedule consultations. When you book through Calendly, your name, email, and any answers you provide are processed by Calendly to confirm the booking. You can read Calendly's privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
• Zoom is used to conduct video consultations. When you join a consultation, basic information such as your name appears in the meeting. Zoom has its own privacy policy.
• American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) receives application information only when you apply for or hold a policy. Information shared with AIL is governed by their privacy policy, which will be provided at the time of application.

I may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

How Long I Keep Your Information

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purpose you provided it. Booking and email records are kept for as long as our business relationship continues, plus a reasonable period after for follow-up and record-keeping. If you ask me to delete your information and there is no legal requirement to keep it, I will.

Your Rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Personal Information Protection Acts of British Columbia and Alberta, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct information that is inaccurate
• Withdraw your consent for me to use or share your information
• Make a complaint about how your information has been handled

Children

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. The Headstart children's coverage product is purchased by parents or grandparents on behalf of a child, and any personal information about a child is provided by the adult buying the policy.

Anti-Spam Compliance (CASL)

Any commercial electronic messages I send comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" and you will be removed within 10 business days.

I will update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page with an updated effective date.
